BSR Training Tracker
When you click the sign up button you’ll get an automated email that will let you link your Strava account and then after I’ve activated you your training will appear on the graph below.
Welcome to the BSR Training Tracker. This is a free and (hopefully) fun way of tracking your training & the training of other BSR members.
The premise of this tracker is that we are are combining your pace and distance (from a rolling 7 day window) into a measure training load, and comparing this training load to your previous training.
On the graph below there are several elements of your training being displayed together. Your average pace and total distance from the last 7 days are the x-axis and y-axis respectively.
The size of your bubble shows how much harder you have worked this week compared to your last 8 week average. This can be seen as a measure of how fast you are improving; but beware; if you improve too fast your risk of injury may increase.
Finally, the colour shows your training load over the last 8 weeks (a darker colour & lower number when you click on that runner = harder training).
